Designed by Spencer Partnership Architects, the units feature granite kitchens with a stainless appliance package and elegant granite bathrooms with contemporary fixtures and separate tubs and showers. All of the units have washer/dryer connections.
Live Oak Lofts have been constructed within the old General Electric Building, an old 1930s brick warehouse, and developed in an architectural style that represents the strong urban industrial ambience of the community. The distinctive design of the lofts reflects the urban contemporary loft theme with exposed duct work, pipes, brick, stainless steel, and raw hardwood and concrete floors.
